Awareness in a Box® (AIAB) Diversity Training Experiences take program participants through a journey of Awareness, Understanding, and Acceptance with the ultimate purpose of Inclusion of people of difference into their personal and professional lives. This journey utilizes innovative approaches resulting in inclusion not just because it is the right thing to do, but also the valuable thing to do. The mission of Awareness in a Box® is to educate people throughout the world to understand, respect, and accept people of different backgrounds through experiential programs that result in transforming people’s judgments into celebration of the differences in others.
The way the vision is realized is through a shift in thinking that it is valuable to include people of diversity into their lives. This value will be translated into a different approach of moving towards all people whether they are the same or different.
These CORE values explain what we stand for with AIAB. These spell CORE and are at the heart of what we do. These are our ethical standards. They guide our decision-making and how we interact with our customers.

Programs improve communication skills of people by providing understanding that all people are different in the way they receive, think about, believe, understand and are affected by information. Also, to provide tools to improve the communication process as a result of that understanding.
